Nicki
Kalokerinos
Agile Coach, Command Information, http://www.commandinformation.com
As a senior consultant in Command Information’s Commercial
division, Nicki Kalokerinos has served as a project manager
and Agile coach on several domestic and international engagements.
Nicki has been responsible for leading Agile adoption on small
development projects and enterprise wide initiatives for such
companies as EMC, Fannie Mae and Govolution. Her current position
at Command Information enables her to combine traditional
IT project management experience with Agile methodologies.
Nicki spent 3 months coaching in Bangalore, India, obtaining
certification as Scrummaster. Her experience includes commercial,
government and quasi government organizations looking to leverage
Agile principles to improve efficiencies in software and product
development. Nicki has over 11 years experience as a consultant
with such companies as Andersen Consulting, KPMG Consulting,
and Bearing Point. In 2001, she became an internal consultant
at AOL for multiple website development projects, including
AOL portal. Nicki is a graduate of Penn State and the London
School of Economics, and resides in Washington D.C.
Rangarajan M Sampath
Rangarajan M Sampath is a practicing Software Consultant, Technical Director of FAST – Friendly Advanced Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an offshore arm of IQ Technologies LLC, USA. He has been practicing software project management for more than 12 years with various verticals. He has handled more than 15 complex offshore projects and major implementations of ERP systems, HIPAA compliant solutions and has been in the complete software development life cycles. He has also conducted a number of seminars and workshops on Software Engineering and Total Quality Management. Rangarajan is also a Guest Professor for leading Universities in India and currently authoring books on Software Engineering, Project Management and Management Information Systems.
